Welcome! Thanks for choosing me to help grow your business. Whether you ordered Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, Google Ads management, or monthly website maintenance, I want you to know exactly what’s happening with your order at every stage.
After you place an order on my website, you’ll see different status updates. Here’s what each one means and what you need to do (if anything).
1. On Hold: I Got Your Order
Right after you place your order, you’ll see “On Hold” as the status. This means I received your order and it’s in my system. It’s basically confirmation that everything went through on your end. No payment has been processed yet at this stage.
What you need to do: Nothing right now. I know about your order and I’m waiting for the payment to come through.
2. Payment Pending: Waiting for Payment
If your payment hasn’t gone through yet, the status changes to “Payment Pending.” This just means I’m waiting for payment confirmation before I can start working on your project.
What you need to do: Complete your payment as soon as you can. You should see a payment link in your order details or in the confirmation email I sent. Once payment goes through, we move to the next stage.
3. Processing: I’m Working on Your Project
This is the exciting part. Once your payment clears, the status changes to “Processing.” This means I’ve started working on your project.
What I’m doing depends on what you ordered:
- Local SEO: Keyword research, citation building, Google Business Profile optimization, review management, and local link building
- E-commerce SEO: Product page optimization, category structure, technical SEO fixes, shopping feed optimization, and content strategy
- Google Ads Management: Campaign setup or optimization, keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, and performance monitoring
- Monthly Website Maintenance: Security updates, backups, plugin updates, uptime monitoring, and performance checks
What you need to do: Nothing. I’m handling everything. I might reach out if I need information or access to something (like your Google Ads account or website backend).
4. Complete: Your Service is Delivered
When you see “Complete,” it means I finished the work and delivered everything according to the timeline we discussed. You should have received a notification with your deliverables. This might be a report, access to updated accounts, confirmation of completed tasks, or documentation of what was done.
What you need to do: Review what I sent over. If you have questions or feedback, let me know. I want to make sure you’re happy with everything.
Got Questions?
I keep communication simple and transparent. If you’re ever unsure about your order status or what’s happening with your service, just reach out. I’m here to help your business grow, and I’m always happy to answer questions.
Thanks for trusting me with your business!
